In accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), the right of withdrawal from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts where the object of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy their individual needs.
Therefore, HelloCards NFC Business Cards, which are custom-printed with your specific design and data, are non-refundable.
We provide a 24-month warranty on the NFC chip functionality. If your card stops working due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover physical damage (scratches, bends, water damage).
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use Stripe for secure payment processing and do not store your full credit card details.
